WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!
The Williamsburg Plantation Homeowners Association extends a warm welcome to the newest members of our community. We are glad you are here!

SPEEDERS BEWARE!
Please watch your speed on Williamsburg Parkway, including the far end of the parkway. Our children are back in school and we should be extra careful so that our families are safe when walking or playing in the neighborhood. If you see someone speeding, you may anonymously report them to the Jacksonville Police department by clicking here. However, providing your name will help the Police Department in the event they need more information. Let's all work together to keep our neighborhood safe.

LANDSCAPING AGREEMENT
Our Williamsburg Plantation HOA has a contract with Jackson's Landscaping. The contract only covers grass cutting of the common areas (parkway and soccer field) and seasonal planting of flowers at each subdivision entrance. We are aware of some dead shrubs at some subdivision entrances and have notified the landscaper to replace them. They will be replaced during the scheduled fall planting. Please note that our contract only covers planting of flowers, not replacement of shrubs, so any shrubs or trees that are replaced or trimmed is an additional cost to your HOA. The HOA Board will take care of the current problems. We will then review all previous costs associated with shrub and tree replacement and tree trimming and determine whether an adjustment to the HOA budget is needed.

Show us your photos of the Easter Egg Hunt or other Williamsburg Plantation events. Email your digital photos to directors@williamsburgplantation-hoa.org by the 3rd Tuesday of each month in order to have them posted. All photographs must be of good taste and contain no nudity, obscene poses, etc. The WPHOA Board of Directors reserves the right to deny posting any photograph that does not adhere to this policy.
