Below is a list of the available committees with their respective responsibilities. All committee members are encouraged to attend board meetings as well as general meetings. If you would like to volunteer for any of these committees or create a new one, please contact the committee chair or a Director at directors@williamsburgplantation.org. Architectural Committee

Reviews all requests for architectural

Advises Directors on architectural
covenant violations
Audit Committee

 Reviews the financial records of the HOA annually
Documents discrepancies and notifies the HOA Board of Directors
Community Activities Committee
Stacy Barnes, Committee Chair Plans fun, educational, family-friendly community activities for adults and children
Establishes and maintains rapport with community businesses
Drafts letters to solicit support and donations for events
Grants Committee
DeVata Davis, Committee Chair
 Researches philanthropic grants for community projects
Prepares grant solicitation packages
Newsletter Committee
Committee Chair TBD Prepares a quarterly newsletter
Submits approved newsletter for publication on the HOA website
Rules Committee
Kathleen Buhr, Committee Chair
 Interprets HOA by-laws and recommends supporting operating procedures
Researches and drafts changes to HOA by-laws
Ensures HOA by-laws are adhered to
Storm Water Retention Pond/Wetlands Committee
